Bruce Worley, Jr. President & CEO

Bruce is the President & CEO of Better Sales & Brand Management Group. 

Before founding BSBM, he worked as VP of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing for various small to medium consumer product companies and specialty food manufacturers. He entered the Natural Products Industry in 1997 after graduating from the University of Hartford with degrees in Health Science and Physical Therapy. 

A business executive with a proven track record of growing consumer product businesses in the Mass, Drug, Grocery and Natural classes of trade.

Bruce has achieved success by partnering with key retail executives, category managers, and merchandising executives with major chains within all classes of trade. Passionate, driven and sales-centric, Bruce is relentless when it comes to achieving goals and growing brands. 

After serving 4 years on the National Board of Directors of the Natural Products Association as well as several of its committees, Bruce served on the GMDC Membership Advisory Board for several years as well as several of its sub committees and served as liaison to the HBW Board of GMDC.


Ray is the Executive Vice President and a Partner of Sales for Better Sales & Brand Management Group.

He entered the Consumer Products Industry in 2004 as a Retail Representative and has worked his way up in various positions to continue to grow his career.  Before joining BSBM, he worked in various positions ranging from Senior Sales Manager to President for regional Consumer Products brokerage and Sales & Marketing companies. He has also held positions as the Key Accounts Manager on the manufacturer side of the business.

Ray is a Sales Executive with a proven track record of launching major brands and growing the consumer product business in the Food, Drug and Specialty classes of trade and is well respected among his peers in the industry.

He is results driven and works diligently to achieve these results through his business relationships and by partnering with Category Managers, Merchandising Managers and Retail Executives across various classes of trade.

Yvon is the President of the Canadian Division of Better Sales & Brand Management Group

Over 35 years of experience in the consumer package goods (CPG) business, working for small to large multi-national Corporations, including startup Companies and Entrepreneurs.

In the past ten years, focused as a 'First to Market' Business Development Specialist pioneering multiple product launches across Canada, specializing in niche products and markets.  Expertise in advising and launching brands into Canada from American and International corporations. 

Recruited, trained and managed sales representatives, brokers, DSD partners in multiple trade channels. Trade channels include: Drug Chains & Wholesalers, Mass Merchandisers/Club StoresGrocery ChainsFood Wholesalers, Food Service, Hardware/Home Improvement, Convenience & Gas StoresDollar Stores, Natural Health Food Stores, Clear Out/Discount Stores and Vending Products.


Responsible for managing and developing the business growth of National and Regional Head Office retailers and wholesalers across Canada. Negotiated programs, advertising and marketing promotions as well as presenting and implementing new product launches.  

Consulted and advised new product manufacturers on the "how to's" in the CPG business. Shared expertise in areas such as distribution, sales, marketing, logistics and regulations.  Provided insights on retailer customer programs and expectations, as well as budget requirements for maximum launch success, sales and profitability.
